Official how-to page: seven prompts, 25 seconds, and the fruit scoring example
Official how-to page on cosmillion.com, captured 3 Nov 2026.

Rules

  1. Open cosmillion.com. The free launch needs no account.
  2. Read the prompt. Type any valid answer. A common answer still scores.
  3. You have 25 seconds. The same seven prompts are served to everyone that day.
  4. The public game page says “Spelling is forgiven, guessing is not.” The how-to adds that variants, plurals, and accents are accepted, and a close spelling can return “did you mean.”
  5. Share the result card if you want. The streak stays on the free layer.

Scoring

The official teaching pair is “Name a fruit”: Apple is +10, Jabuticaba is +100. That pair explains the ladder. It is not a promise about today’s board. Each real prompt has its own answer list. A missing rarest line on a past board stays blank here; I do not promote another answer into that slot.

The IST line is the only published reset. The US rows are clock conversions of that single line, not a second source. Daylight-saving dates shift the US clocks by an hour; the IST midnight does not move.

Rejected

Players on Reddit have described answers that the board would not take. The only published rule I will stand behind is the official one: variants, plurals, accents, and a “did you mean” for a near spelling. I am not turning those complaints into a rejection rate.

Questions people ask

How long is a Cosmillion round?

Seven prompts at 25 seconds each, so the timed part is under three minutes. The official daily-brain page also describes the session as about three minutes.

What is a perfect score?

700. That is seven prompts at +100, the One in a Galaxy tier.

Does spelling have to be exact?

The official how-to says variants, plurals, and accents are accepted, and a near miss can offer a “did you mean” prompt. That rule is one source, the official FAQ.

When does the board reset?

Midnight India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), which is 18:30 UTC the previous calendar day. That reset line is one source, the official how-to.
